The Interpreter
"So many businesses feel that a disaster is really a one-time event that you try to respond to as quickly as possible, recover from as quickly as possible, and then just forget about it. I would hope now that more forward thinking businesses would take the opportunity to say, 'What did we do well that we would like to do again next time? What did we not do as well that we should do differently next time? What didn’t we do that we should do if this ever happens again?'"
