Earlier this year, Marsh conducted a survey among companies domiciled in Asia, to elicit their perception of ten major risk areas that might adversely affect their ability to supply Western companies. Those surveyed were most concerned by (i) infrastructure risk (the failure of IT, communications, logistics or power), (ii) quality and counterfeiting of products and (iii) ethical risks, such as breach of health and safety or labour laws...
