With over 20 years of corporate risk management experience, Ms. Rogers brings a unique blend of strategic and analytical skills to the review and implementation of risk management programs. With experience in all facets of risk management, including risk financing, claims and safety, Ms. Rogers assists clients in building a valued and respected risk management corporate function.
Prior to joining Marsh, Ms. Rogers served as the Director of Risk management for several corporations in the retail and manufacturing industries, including Target Corporation, Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Nestle USA. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration – Risk Management from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration – Finance from the University of Michigan.
