As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Mr. Klapetzky is responsible for the development and delivery of broad-spectrum contingency management, crisis management and emergency response services to Fortune 1000 clients. He also leads the Business Continuity Risk Management Practice in the West region. Prior to joining Marsh, Mr. Klapetzky was principal and founder of Business Resilience Consulting. He was also the Midwest Area leader for Ernst & Young’s Recovery Practice. Mr. Klapetzky was a pioneer in Computer Crime Investigations and helped develop many of the methods and techniques in use today by federal, state, and local law enforcement. His security knowledge and capabilities make him uniquely qualified to assess and recommend improvements in facilities, networks and computing operations to ensure security, availability and data integrity.
Mr. Klapetzky holds Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Missouri and Eastern Illinois University. He also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Phoenix.
