Mr. Lam is the practice leader in Asia for Strategic Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Risk Management consulting services. In this role he is responsible for the delivery of client-focused solutions throughout Asia. Besides his managing role, he also services several Fortune 500 companies, providing technical oversight on their property and casualty risk management programs.

Besides having experience in managing consulting projects for multinational clients, Mr. Lam has over 14 years of fieldwork experience with industrial clients. With an excellent working knowledge of internationally recognized risk management standards, industrial best practices, and local codes and regulations, Mr. Lam develops tailored risk solutions to make a client’s business more successful.

Prior to joining Marsh, Mr. Lam was employed by Chubb & Son, Inc. as the Regional Loss Control Manager in the Greater China Region. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
