Mr. de Waij is the practice leader for Business Continuity Risk Management in Continental Europe. He has more than 20 years of experience working for national and international companies.

Mr. de Waij works with his team of consultants throughout Europe in the areas of business risk assessment, business impact analysis, and business continuity management. He specializes in emergency response planning, crisis management, product recall, and business recovery planning. This is supported by first-hand experience and the delivery of simulated crisis training exercises.

Before joining Marsh in 1997, he worked as a quality control auditor for Nissan South Africa, a sales representative for Geveke Werktuigbouw, the Netherlands, a product manager for Inbal valve company, Israel, and a project manager for Ginge Kerr Fire Protection, Denmark.
