Mr. Caddick is the head of Marsh's Business Continuity Risk Management Practice in the United Kingdom. He is responsible for consulting services related to emergency response, crisis management, and business recovery.

Mr. Caddick has 25 years of experience in consulting and service delivery. Before joining Marsh, he spent most of the last decade in leadership positions within Fujitsu’s consulting business. As the director responsible for a variety of practices, including the highly successful Year 2000 and euro businesses, he oversaw many large risk management programmes with blue-chip clients across Europe.

Mr. Caddick has also held several positions as general manager, region manager, and sales support manager within consulting, technology and government organizations, and brings a wealth of business experience to bear on his position.

He holds an honors degree in Law from Exeter University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
