Mr. Daigle is the Global Leader of Marsh’s Construction Consulting Practice, which provides industry expertise in risk management, project scheduling, audits, claims, delay and damages analyses, and litigation support. He leads a team of highly experienced professional engineers, CPAs, project managers, schedule experts, architects, and contract specialists, who deliver services to a global client base.
Mr. Daigle specializes in dispute resolution, project audit, and risk assessment, based on extensive experience in construction accounting, claims preparation, project controls, project documentation and reporting, and construction management consulting. He has been appointed a financial damages expert for a variety of project types and has given expert testimony and reports in numerous dispute proceedings.
In addition, Mr. Daigle provides construction cost, schedule, and contract audit services for a variety of clients and has been retained as lead auditor for a range of institutional, infrastructure, and heavy civil projects. He works with clients such as attorneys, owners, contractors, and developers, who have been engaged in a variety of construction projects such as educational facilities, commercial high rises, chemical and manufacturing plants, research laboratories, and athletic stadiums.
Prior to working at Marsh, Mr. Daigle served in the construction dispute and advisory practices of KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as in the accounting and finance department of Miller and Long Construction, an ENR Top 15 Specialty Contractor (concrete).
Mr. Daigle is a frequent author and speaker on construction financial matters. He has assumed leadership responsibilities in various construction associations, such as Chair Member for the National Accounting and Reporting Committee of the Construction Financial Management Association. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry.
Mr. Daigle is a certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from LaSalle University.
