Mat Allen, a Senior Vice President based in the New York office, is the U.S. Practice Leader for Enterprise Risk Services & Solutions (ERSS). Mat has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and consulting and has provided business risk services to numerous clients in a variety of different industries, including software, financial services, semiconductor, chemical, airline, retail apparel and manufacturing. He has extensive experience advising on how to design, embed, and sustain ERM frameworks. He is also an accomplished workshop facilitator who has a through understanding of risk inventories, frameworks, and control models.

Mat earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics at Washington State University, and a Masters of Science through a combined program at Harvard University and the London School of Economics.
