Thomas Ryan is the U.S. Northeast Leader for Marsh’s Human Capital Practice. He works with public and private sector employers to develop and implement occupational and non-occupational disability management programs. He also facilitates the Marsh Eastern Workers Compensation Quality Council, which includes over 75 employers focused on best practices, benchmarking and process improvement.

Mr. Ryan brings over 15 years of business, healthcare and disability management experience to each of his consulting engagements. He also has extensive experience in re-engineering claim, occupational health and medical case management services for both employers and vendors. Prior to joining Marsh, Mr. Ryan was a product manager for catastrophic case management services with a national cost containment vendor.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and a Masters of Business Administration in finance from Fordham University in New York City.
