Joyce A. Long
Global Leader — Workforce Strategies Practice

Joyce Long serves as the Global Leader of Marsh Risk Consulting's Workforce Strategies Practice. In this role, she oversees new product development, operations and service delivery, product strategy, and development of marketing and communications for a variety of work-related issues including ergonomics, loss control, behavioral safety, return-to-work, managed care, disability management, risk information, and occupational health.

Ms. Long has been with Marsh for 15 years. She joined from Corporate Systems Limited, where she served as a client service manager responsible for the development and delivery of all client product and services in the U.S. and Canada.

Her areas of expertise include: risk management information systems (RMIS), medical cost management, and self-insured, self-administered programs. She speaks frequently on these topics to colleagues and clients and at industry-, human capital-, and risk management-related events.

Ms. Long is an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), currently working towards the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, and has an agent/broker/producer license for Missouri, Illinois, New Mexico, South Carolina, and North Dakota.

Ms. Long graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in marketing management/computer science from William Woods University.
