MRC's Gary Lynch recently published, Single Point of Failure: The Ten Essential Laws of Supply Chain Risk Management.
After conducting interviews with more than 55 executives, Lynch developed "ten essential laws" that managers can follow to minimize and contain supply chain risk.
"We saw a lot of concerns expressed about potential financial viability of suppliers and third-party providers," says Lynch.
