U.K., U.S. and other global companies will have an opportunity to learn firsthand about how best to manage a product recall this spring, when Katherine Ann Cahill, Global Managing Director of Marsh’s Product Recall and Product Liability Practice presents a workshop session on Tuesday, April 25, 2006, from 8:00-9:30 am as part of the Risk and Insurance Management Society’s (RIMS) annual conference in Hawaii. This workshop will take attendees through a “mock” recall, where they will learn about the latest regulatory issues affecting consumer products in the U.S. as well as abroad, and strategies for working with regulators under a recall situation.
